A sweet white liqueur wine made from elder flowers. It is considered a real speciality in the fruit-wine family, with its delicate bouquet, mild flavour and elegance. Its taste is substantial, but graceful, long-lasting and very fresh, forming a characteristic dessert wine. It is considered a curiosity by wine consumers too, thank to its mellow, graceful and flowery savour. It has an intensively characteristic elder-flower fragrance. Produced by a reductive process, its bouquet is circumscribed by pre-fermentative flavour- and aroma-components. Its silky acids render a pleasant, fiery, blood-stirring sensation.

We recommend to drink it at 6-8 degrees.

This semi-sweet sparkling wine is made of elderflower. Extremely mellow and light, tiny bubbles, sweet blossom fragrance, very fresh and rich in juice. Fermented in steel tanks, bottled with added carbon dioxide.

Serving chilled at temperature: 6-8 degrees.

The berries of the elder were added to the wine so that's how this wonderful coloured and rich flavored floral wine was born. After its white floral fragrance the sip is rich, fruity, sweet and soft. It is an exciting wine with many tastes. Out-and-out rose but a fuller type, with exciting depth and length.
